About the race
Fill the Shelves 4 is a four hour community endurance event held at Neil's Pond in Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador. The course is an approximately 1.8 kilometre loop around the pond and is open to both runners and walkers. The event takes place on November 7, 2026.
Participants attempt to complete as many loops as possible within the four hour limit; the participant with the most completed loops is the winner. Each completed lap earns an additional entry in prize draws. On site food donations will be accepted and net proceeds plus donations will support the CBS Paradise Community Food Bank.
The course follows the pond in a setting intended for steady effort and social encouragement. Details about community partners and prize arrangements will be announced as they are confirmed. The registration fee is listed as $40 and online registration is available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
