Fight The Couch at Northgate Trails
Fight The Couch at Northgate Trails is scheduled for June 5th, 2027 with registration opening on November 1st, 2026. The event takes place at Northgate Trails, located ten minutes south of Dauphin, Manitoba on the northern slope of Riding Mountain National Park.
The event offers multiple route options:
- 5 km family-friendly walk/run
- 8 km loop
- 16 km
- 24 km
The Northgate Trails are a 26 km system of stacked-loop, multi-use trails. Sections of the trails are used for mountain biking, hiking, and trail running, and there are areas to gather and take in the scenery of Riding Mountain National Park’s North Escarpment.
Pricing is tiered by registration period and distance. Early Bird pricing is listed for each distance. Late Bird pricing begins March 1st, and Procrastinator pricing begins May 1st.
