Fifth Season Races : Cedar Rapids, IA
The 41st Annual Fifth Season Races take place on July 4, 2026, with the event centered at Greene Square Park in Cedar Rapids. The event includes timed road races for adults and separate kids races held after the adult events.
The adult program features two main distances:
- 8K: out and back route from Greene Square Park to Bever Park, finishing downhill at the Museum of Art.
- 5K: follows the same course with a turnaround on Grand Avenue.
Kids races:
- 0.45 mile: Big Kids Race for age 10 and under.
- Youth Mile: for age 12 and under.
Finisher medals are provided for participants who complete the 8K and the 5K. There is packet pickup at Big Grove in Cedar Rapids the day before the race; there is no race day packet pickup and no race day registration. Race shirts are a separate charge, offered in unisex sizes labeled as Men’s sizes, and entries submitted by June 15 are eligible for guaranteed shirts under the new ordering process. Corridor Running members may enter their Q code in the promo code field during registration.
