Event Overview
The Fiesta 10k is a multisport event held at Woodward Park, specifically at the Shinzen Group Activity Area in Fresno, California. Conducted as part of Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations, the event features several distances and race categories. Participant Information
The races are chip timed, and participants receive a dry fit shirt and unique medals. The event includes cultural entertainment such as live Banda music and Folklorico performances. On-site refreshments include tacos and Mexican "Aguas Frescas" for those involved in the races. Other activities taking place during the event include a dance competition, raffles, and games.
Awards and Logistics
Awards for the 10k are organized by age groups. For the 1 Mile run, awards are given to the top three male and female finishers overall. The 2 Mile speed walk category recognizes the top five male and female finishers.
