Fast Flash 5K and Back to School Bash
The event takes place on July 25, 2026, at 6215 South Franklin Road in Indianapolis, around Franklin Central High School. The 5K is described as a fast and flat course that loops the high school grounds. A 2K family fun run for younger runners follows the 5K. A virtual walk or run option is also offered.

After the races, the Back to School Bash continues on site with community activities. School partners will have representatives and mascots available for photo opportunities.
The event is hosted by and benefits the Franklin Township Education Foundation. Neighbors, community leaders, and local schools are noted as participants or partners in the day’s activities.
