F.A.S.T. 5K - Laredo
The event is a 5K (5000 meters) run and walk held on September 12, 2026 at North Central Park, International Blvd, Laredo, TX 78045. The program includes separate running and walking entries under individual age group/open categories.
Entry fees are listed as Preregistration $25.00 and Same Day Registration $30.00. Two entry types are offered: Running 5K and Walking 5K, both priced at $25 in advance on the event listing.
Shirts are provided with a size guarantee for registrations completed by August 30; registrations after that date may not receive a shirt or the requested size. Finishers medals are distributed while supplies last.
Awards are given by age category and overall. Medals go to the top three male and female finishers in each age category, and trophies are presented to the overall male and female winners. Age categories for male and female participants are listed as: 14 and under; 15–19; 20–29; 30–39; 40–49; 50–59; 60–69; and 70 and over.
