Farmville 5k & Fun Run
The Farmville 5k & Fun Run takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Farmville Town Common. The event offers three different activities: a 5K, a Ruck 5K, and a Fun Run. The 5K course starts and finishes at the Town Common, passing by the athletic field, golf course, library, arboretum, and through various neighborhoods. The Fun Run follows the first 1.2 miles of the 5K course. Farmville Parks & Recreation supports the event.
The 5K is chip-timed. All 5K finishers receive a medal. An event t-shirt in a preferred size is guaranteed for participants registered by April 23rd. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and the top three in several age groups.
Packet pickup is available on Friday, May 15th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farmville Community Center, and on race day starting at 7:00 AM at the Town Common. Registration fees are non-refundable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
