Fall Freedom 5K Run/Walk Hillsdale
The Fall Freedom 5K Run/Walk for Hillsdale Wreaths Across America is scheduled for October 11, 2026, at Sandy Beach, 300 Waterworks Drive, Hillsdale, Michigan. The course uses paved paths around Baw Beese Lake and its trail system.
The event is chip timed and the route is marked. The course passes areas of fall foliage along Baw Beese Lake.
Overall winners, male and female, receive trophies. Medals are awarded to the top two male and top two female finishers in multiple age groups, beginning with 0-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-18 and continuing through 85-89 and beyond.
Registration opens December 31, 2025, and closes September 26, 2026. The listed registration fee is $25.00.
The event is sponsored by the US 12 Heritage Trail Daughters of the American Revolution. Proceeds are designated for Wreaths Across America to provide wreaths for local veterans at their final resting places at Christmas.
