Fall Colours Run
The event takes place on October 10 and 11, 2026 in Cumberland Village, with the start and finish at the Cumberland Heritage Museum, 2940 Old Montréal Road, Cumberland, Ontario.
This is a certified course that serves as a Boston Marathon qualifier. The two day format features on Saturday a 1K Turkey Trot for ages 12 and under, a 1K Wedding Dress Dash, and a 3K, plus early bib pickup. Sunday includes 5K, 10K, 21.1K (half marathon) and 42.2K (marathon) races.
Two challenge options are offered: 5K plus 10K, and 10K plus 21.1K. The Turkey Trot is for children 12 and under, strollers are welcome, parents may accompany their child, and all Turkey Trot finishers receive a finisher's medal. The Wedding Dress Dash is open to all ages, genders, and abilities; participants may bring or borrow a dress.
Included with registration are a personalized race bib, professional timing, a closed course for local traffic only, on-course nutrition provided by XACT, race photography, and podium prizes for the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers. Shuttle buses run between the museum and the OC Transpo park and ride and Trim Road. Volunteers are from St. Peter High School. Deadlines: shirt orders by September 2, medal add-ons by September 7, and online registration to appear on the athlete wall by October 6.
