Fall Colours Run : Cumberland Village
The Fall Colours Run is a two-day running event held in Cumberland Village with the start and finish at the Cumberland Heritage Museum. The course runs through the historic village and highlights fall foliage. The 2026 edition features certified courses that qualify for the Boston Marathon.
Distances offered:
- 1 km Turkey Trot for ages 12 and under, includes a medal.
- 1 km Wedding Dress Dash.
- 3 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 21.1 km half marathon
- 42.2 km marathon
- Challenge options: 5 km + 10 km, 10 km + 21.1 km.
The Turkey Trot is for children 12 and under; parents may accompany, strollers are allowed, and every participant receives a finisher's medal. The Wedding Dress Dash is open to all ages and abilities and allows participants to wear, borrow, or obtain a dress for the 1 km event. Shuttle buses will run between the museum and the OC Transpo Park N Ride and Trim Road.
Registration includes a personalized race bib, professional timing, a closed course with local traffic only, on-course nutrition from XACT, race photography, podium prizes for the top three male, female, and non-binary finishers, and post-race snacks including hot chocolate. Bib pickup takes place at the Cumberland Heritage Museum. Deadlines are specified for shirts, medals, and online registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
