Two drop bags per athlete are provided and transported between bases.
The organiser lists required safety and equipment items that athletes must carry throughout the event, including lighting (head and rear lights), whistle, operational mobile phone, identification, insulation (thermal blankets or bivouac), hydration capacity of at least 2 litres, appropriate clothing for adverse weather and sufficient food for autonomy between bases.
