The Exodus Run 5K/10K takes place on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Mac Hodges / Festival Park, 119 E Water St, Washington, North Carolina. The event is organized by F3 Washington in affiliation with Run the East. Proceeds from the 2026 Exodus Run will support people with substance use disorders and mental illness and help raise awareness of these issues in Eastern North Carolina. Haw Branch Church of Christ will provide an open-to-the-public community breakfast. The race is timed by Run The East, LLC.

Registration for the events closes on April 4, 2026. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers. The event includes RaceJoy support for live phone tracking, GPS progress alerts, cheers from remote spectators, and virtual results submission for virtual participants.
