Event Details
The Estes Park Marathon event includes several races on June 20-21, 2026. The Marathon and Half Marathon take place on Sunday, June 21. The Longs Peak 5 Miler and a kids' running festival are scheduled for Saturday, June 20.
The Marathon and Half Marathon start at the Dao House, located on Colorado Highway 7. All participants for these races must take provided buses from the Estes Park High School parking lot. The Longs Peak 5 Miler starts northeast of the Estes Park High School building. Packet pickup for the main events is at the Estes Park High School commons.
Registration and Awards
Registration uses a tiered pricing system, with prices increasing at set deadlines. The Half Marathon is part of the Colorado Mountain Half Marathon Series. Finisher medals are given to all participants who complete their race. Age group awards are presented for categories spanning from 19 & under to 80+.
Course and Support
The course is recognized for its scenic mountain views. Aid stations with water and sports drinks are provided approximately every two miles. Public restrooms are available along the route. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
