Essendon Country Club Charity 10K & Family Fun 5K
The event takes place on 25 January 2026 at Essendon Country Club, Bedwell Park, Essendon AL9 6HN. The start and finish are within the club grounds. The route is traffic-free, clearly signposted, and gently undulating, with a short climb over the final 500 metres. There are no age limits, but all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Every finisher receives a medal. The event supports Isabel Hospice and Herts & Essex Air Ambulance.
Distances, price and facilities
- 10K - £20 (includes a glass finisher’s medal and some refreshments)
- 5K - £15 (includes a glass finisher’s medal and some refreshments)
Drinks and snacks are available to purchase from the Courtyard Kitchen before and after the runs. Showers, changing facilities and Sunday lunch are available at the club.
