Emerald Chase 5K & 10K Run/Walk
The Emerald Chase is a fundraiser held in Manistique, Michigan on July 11, 2026, hosted by the Manistique Girls Varsity Track & Field team. The event takes place during the Manistique Folk Fest and follows a course along the Manistique Boardwalk.
Race facilities are based at the Manistique Senior Center and the course finishes at the Manistique Boat Marina. Packet pickup and check-in are scheduled the day before at Manistique High School and on the morning of the event at the Manistique Senior Center.

Registration opens January 5, 2026 and closes February 28, 2026. The published registration fee is $35.00. A mail registration option is mentioned in event materials.
All participants receive a custom event T-shirt. Trophies are awarded to overall male and female winners in both distances and to 5K Grand Masters winners age 60 and over. Custom medals are awarded to first and second place finishers in all 5K age divisions, to the top five overall 10K finishers, and to all participants age 10 and under.
