Elandskloof Trail Run
The event takes place at Elandskloof Trout Farm in a valley of the Steenkampsberg mountain range near Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. The venue offers trails that pass crystal clear streams, a waterfall, trout dams and viewpoints through natural surroundings.
Distances offered include:
- 6 km
- 10 km
- 15 km
- 21 km
Waterpoints are provided on each route with water, soft drinks and light snacks. A hydration zone is available for everyone at the finish. Each finisher receives a medal and cash prizes are awarded to first, second and third place male and female finishers for each distance. Prize giving will take place after the event.
Registration is at the Elandskloof Trout Farm lapa and substitutions or changes are allowed on race morning. Online entry fees apply and on the day entries incur a R30 surcharge. Race shirts are available with last orders by 8 Nov 2026. Food and drinks are available at the venue including a restaurant and bar on the evening before the event and complimentary coffee, tea and rusks before the race with cooldrinks and takeaways in the morning.
Accommodation and camping are available at the start and finish area. Entry fees do not include accommodation.
Important pet rules apply. Dogs are only permitted on the 6 km and 10 km routes, must be kept on leash, only dogs taking part may be brought and no dog minding is provided. Non adherence may result in a R500 fine and removal without refund. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
