The California Brewery Running Series presents a 5k fun run at El Segundo Brewing Company, located at 140 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245. The event is part of the 2026 California Brewery Running Series and is organized by the California Brewery Running Series organization.
The run is untimed and held on an open course with roads that remain open to traffic; runners must follow all traffic laws. The route is clearly marked and both the start and the finish are at the brewery taproom. Participants should bring photo ID; attendees under 21 receive a nonalcoholic beverage instead of a draft. Dogs and strollers are allowed with care according to brewery policies. There is no bag check. The event proceeds rain or shine, and if conditions are unsafe to run the gathering at the taproom will continue. Spots are limited based on taproom capacity. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
Registration includes one craft brew at the finish, a choice of Brewery Running Series swag such as a collector's pint glass or a seasonal item, and access to merchandise, post run music, games, prizes and partner giveaways. Ten percent of proceeds support local nonprofit partners, including East LA Rising, Radiate Motivate and Alma Family Services. The organizer states a mission to be active, have fun, and give back, and reports having donated over $700,000 to local organizations.
