Edinburg Dirty Duathlon
The Edinburg Dirty Duathlon is the 5th annual duathlon held on April 25, 2026 at Doolittle Nature Park, 1300 N Doolittle Rd., Edinburg, TX 78542. The course format is run, bike, run totaling 6 miles.
Event distances:
- Individual Duathlon: 6 miles (1.5 run, 3 bike, 1.5 run)
- Relay Duathlon: 6 miles (same legs, split between two team members)
The individual entry fee is $20 and includes a custom shirt, a finisher medal, and chip timing. The relay entry fee is $30 total ($15 per person); the first registrant must create a team name so the partner can register under that team. Relay members receive a custom shirt, a finisher medal, and chip timing.
Helmets are required on the bike with no exceptions. Organizers note that trails are very sharp and narrow and that terrain can be challenging; participants are advised to inspect or ride the course beforehand if possible.
Packet pick up is available Friday, April 24, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Parks and Recreation, 315 Mark S. Pena Drive, Edinburg, TX 78539, and Saturday, April 25, 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. at the race location. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
