South Texas Health System Children's holds the fourth annual Eddie's Safari Run on March 7, 2026 in Edinburg, Texas. The event is based at South Texas Health System Children's main parking lot at 1102 W. Trenton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539.

Registration is online only. Early registration ends February 6 and the registration deadline is March 5 at noon. Registration is limited. Fees listed for each distance include early and late pricing: 2K is $15 early and $20 late; 5K is $25 early and $30 late.
All proceeds will benefit the Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, March 6 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the STHS Children's main lobby at 1102 W. Trenton Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539. Packet pickup for late check-in is available on Saturday, March 7 in the STHS Children's main parking lot during an early morning check-in window.
