Event Overview

The ECU Oral Cancer 5k is a run/walk event taking place on Saturday, March 21, 2026. It is organized by East Carolina University's Student National Dental Association.

Registration is $35 through March 10th and $40 from March 11th through race day. Registration by March 10th includes a t-shirt available on race day; registrants after this date will have their shirts mailed.

Awards are given to the top male and female finishers in the following age groups: 16 and under, 17-39, 40-64, and 65+.
