ECT 50% Half Marathon - Flatrock to Red Cliff
Scheduled for October 10, 2026, the event covers a 21K route along Father Troy's Trail, Silver Mine Head Path and Cobbler's Path, from Flatrock to the Red Cliff area in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The race is part of the ECT Sampler Series. It is supported by the East Coast Trail Association, The Outfitters and Train 4 Trails, and insured by the Canadian Adventure Racing Association (CARA).
Race check in and bib pickup take place near the starting line at Ann Waterman Family Park. Organizers provide information on finish area parking and route maps.
Safety and aid details: all runners must carry a cell phone and a whistle. Assistance is allowed only at the aid station in Middle Cove Beach except for medical attention. Aid stations will provide water and Gatorade; personal crews may assist at aid stations where arranged. Participants who withdraw are required to notify the race director directly.
The event is held rain or shine and participants are responsible for their own kit, nutrition and clothing to cope with variable conditions. Registration and bib numbers cannot be transferred to other individuals but transfers to another ECT Sampler Series race may be possible with advance notice.
