ECT 15 - Pouch Cove, NL
ECT 15 is a trail race of 15K on the Stiles Cove Path, running from Pouch Cove to Flatrock. The event is scheduled for October 3, 2026 and follows a coastal section of the East Coast Trail.
The race is included in the ECT 50 Sampler Season's Pass, which also registers participants for the ECT 50% Half Marathon on October 10, 2026. The event is supported by The East Coast Trail Association, The Outfitters, and Train 4 Trails, and is insured by CARA Canadian Adventure Racing Association.
Basic rules apply to all participants. Runners must carry a cell phone and a whistle. The event takes place rain or shine; each participant is responsible for their own kit, nutrition, and clothing to handle varying conditions. Each runner is allowed one drop bag; a single drop bag will be accessible at the finish area.
