East Hanningfield Trail Marathon

The East Hanningfield Trail Marathon is a unique narrative trail race set to take place in January 2025. Participants will navigate a circular route around the village of Danbury, primarily off-road, following written instructions instead of traditional markers. The course features diverse terrain and includes three well-stocked checkpoints approximately every 6.5 miles.

Runners will start and finish at East Hanningfield Village Hall, where they can leave their bags. Upon completion, participants will receive a medal and hot food.
