East Hanningfield Trail Marathon

The East Hanningfield Trail Marathon is a challenging off-road race held around the village of Danbury, starting and finishing at East Hanningfield Village Hall. The 26.2-mile circular course is approximately 95% off-road, featuring diverse terrain and navigated using written instructions rather than marshals or arrows. Runners carry a mobile phone for safety and benefit from three well-stocked checkpoints spaced roughly every 6.5 miles.
