East Devon Round 2027
The East Devon Round is a trail running festival held around Offwell, Honiton, during the first bank holiday weekend of May. Event headquarters and camping are at Offwell Village Hall, Offwell, Honiton EX14 9SE. The weekend includes multiple race options and on-site weekend activities.
Distances offered include:
- 110 km
- 65 km
- 50 km
- 25 km
Routes run across varied Devon countryside and pass through three National Landscapes and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, including sections near Lyme Regis, Iron Age forts, bluebell-lined tracks and hilly terrain. Courses are GPS tracked using Geo Tracks and include marked routes with aid stations; the number of aid stations varies by distance. The full round lists included race features such as a t-shirt, medal and a warm meal for finishers, and it is listed as a UTMB Index race. All events run under UK Athletics rules.
Event timing notes: HQ and camping open on 30 April 2027; races take place on 1 May 2027; HQ closes midday 2 May 2027. Age and distance guidance follows England Athletics and the Trail Runners Association; age categories determine permitted distances.
