Event overview
The Ealing Half Marathon takes place in Ealing, starting and finishing at Walpole Park, Ealing W5 5EQ. The main race is a 13.1 mile course that passes through Montpelier, Pitshanger, Central Ealing and Hanwell before returning to Walpole Park via Uxbridge Road. The event expects up to 7,000 runners, plus thousands of spectators and hundreds of volunteers. Roads on the route will be closed to traffic at stages during the event to protect participants and spectators.

Race packs and bibs are collection only; bibs do not show printed names and may be personalized on the day. Chip timing with an integral BibTag is used for personal times. There is a baggage facility with a maximum bag size of 40 x 30 x 10 cm. Water is provided in 200 ml recycled and recyclable bottles at about miles 4, 6 and 9 and after the finish; a permanent water fountain is available in Lammas Park. Participants must be at least 17 years old on race day. The official course cut-off is three hours; tail runners and a sweeper vehicle operate for participant safety.
