First Annual Eagle Grove EMS 5K
The First Annual Eagle Grove EMS 5K is a community run and walk held on July 11, 2026 at the Eagle Grove EMS Station, 101 N. Wright, Eagle Grove, Iowa. The event supports Eagle Grove Emergency Medical Services.
The program includes a Kids Dash for children age 10 and under and a 5K run/walk, followed by an awards ceremony.

The Kids Dash is organized in boy and girl divisions with awards for the top three participants. The 5K is scored by age group: 10 and under; 11-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50 and up. There are also special awards for the youngest and the oldest participants.
Registration fees are $10 for the Kids Dash and $25 for the 5K. All registrants receive an event T shirt and post race refreshments. A bake sale will take place during the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
