Eagle at Night Aquathlon - El Paso
The Eagle at Night Aquathlon is a multisport evening event held at Ascarate Park and the Ascarate Golf Course in El Paso. The competition uses the 50 meter outdoor pool at the park and a running route that passes through the park and finishes near the golf course. The event is in its second year.
Race formats on the program include a two-segment aquathlon that pairs swimming and running, a standalone 5K run, and a youth Splash and Dash. The youth race is participatory only and is designed for children ages 6 to 13.
Distances offered
- Aquathlon: 400 meter swim then 5K run
- 5K: 3.1 mile run through the park and golf course
- Eagle Kids Splash and Dash: 100 meter swim then 1K run
Registration details are provided for each race. The aquathlon and 5K have a registration window in February and March 2026 with a listed fee for each entry.
