Dust 4 Glory Challenge

The Klein Karoo Dust 4 Glory Challenge is an obstacle course race held at Wilgewandel Holiday Farm near Oudtshoorn in the Klein Karoo and Garden Route region. The venue is about 2 km from the Cango Caves and is close to attractions such as the Cango Wildlife Ranch, Buffelsdrift Game Lodge and the Swartberg Pass.

The event offers individual and team entries and aims to serve families, corporate teams and school groups. Participation supports local charities. The race is included in the OFSA National Series; athletes who wish to qualify for national teams or win national medals must be affiliated to a club and pay the applicable fees.

Multiple course options are provided:

  • D4G Mini: 1-2 km, 10 obstacles, children 3 to 10 years, non timed, adult accompaniment required
  • D4G Gr 6 & 7: 3 km, 10 obstacles, intended for ages 11 to 13
  • D4G Medium: 5 km, 10 obstacles, two water points, 14 years and older
  • D4G Pro: 10/12 km, 20+ obstacles, two water points, 19 years and older

Entry fees vary by category with early bird rates listed for each distance. Limited entries are available per category. Route profiles and elevation maps are provided for the Medium and Pro courses.
