Sprint distance - Dublin City Triathlon 2026

The sprint race is part of the 2026 National Series and uses defined swim, bike and run distances.

The course distances are:

Swim: 750 m
Bike: 23 km
Run: 5 km

The swim takes place in the Upper River Liffey and includes sections swum both upstream and downstream. Water quality is controlled and the swim start is supervised for safety.

The bike follows a technical, multi-lap route that goes in and out of Phoenix Park.
