Doughnut Dash - Gosport
Doughnut Dash is a seaside fun run organised by Gosport Rotary Club on 25 May 2026 at Stokes Bay Road, Alverstoke, Gosport PO12 2QT, UK. The event is non competitive and all monies raised will go to a chosen charity.
The route begins near the gate by the Alverbank East car park, heads toward Fort Gilkicker and returns along the promenade, covering just over two miles. At about one and a half miles there is a doughnut stop by Gafirs where adults are offered two doughnuts and children one. The registration area is at the Diving Museum on Stokes Bay Road, which is about half a mile from the start and finish.
Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnuts will be provided. The doughnuts may contain or have traces of common allergens including gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs and soya, and they are prepared in facilities where cross contamination is possible. Participants are responsible for assessing their own dietary needs. Water will be available at the doughnut station. Marshals will be on the route and a qualified medic will be in attendance. The route includes a half mile section of undulating, stony path and is off road with no traffic. Day registrations are accepted at the event and refunds are available if organisers are informed at least two weeks before the event.
