Doubles Hybrid simulation
Move360 Hybrid Simulation : Doubles Edition is a doubles-format workout designed for pairs preparing for hybrid-style fitness events or for teams that want to test endurance, pacing, communication and teamwork. The event takes place at Move360, Unit 1, 27 Tanzanite Crescent, Uitzicht, Brackenfell, Western Cape, South Africa.
The program features a full doubles hybrid simulation workout where teams can assess movement efficiency and shared workload strategies under fatigue. Participants will have opportunities to practise pacing, strategise task sharing, and evaluate team communication in a competitive workout format.
On the day there will be sponsors, giveaways and prizes, as well as complimentary items described as free goodies. Coffee and recovery provisions are available for participants after the session.
Entry fees are listed per team: R140 for Move360 members and R250 for non-members. The event policy specifies no participants under 16 years of age. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
