The Dom Fratta XC Pavilion 5K takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Willard, Ohio. The venue is City Park at 541 S Main St, Willard, OH 44890. The event includes the following distances:

This race also serves as a ribbon-cutting for the new cross country pavilion that replaces a 50-year-old shelter near the pickleball courts. The pavilion honors a long-time Willard coach and resident.
Registration, proceeds and awards
The event is managed by Willard’s cross country teams and proceeds will directly benefit Willard’s cross country program. The title sponsor is Sutton Bank. Entry fees and registration deadlines are listed as $30 for the 5K and $20 for the 1-Mile Kids Run, with registration closing November 12, 2025. Participants who register by November 1, 2025, are guaranteed a race shirt.
Awards will be made from salvaged materials from the previous shelter. Awards are planned for the Top 3 Overall finishers for Men and Women and the Top 3 Age Group finishers in these categories: Under 14; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+.
