Discovery Dash 5K/10K and 1-Mile Fun Run
The Discovery Dash takes place at Discovery Park of America in Union City, Tennessee. The event features multiple distances through a 50-acre heritage park, showcasing autumn scenery and a festive Pumpkin Village at The Settlement.
Participants follow a route that includes man-made rivers, waterfalls, and bridges. The course passes several historical and architectural landmarks, including a 120-year-old church, a replica early 19th-century town, a vintage train station, and an 1800s frontier settlement. The finish line features an inflatable archway, and the event includes pre-race entertainment.

Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5 km and 10 km categories. Medals are also awarded to the top three finishers in various age groups, ranging from 5-8 to 60 and over.
Registration includes a commemorative T-shirt and two admission tickets to the museum and heritage park for the day. Participants who register as a group of 10 or more receive a discount.
