Disco Dash 5K Fun Run/Walk
The Disco Dash 5K Fun Run/Walk is an inaugural event held at Tribble Mill Park in Lawrenceville. Taking place at the Holly Pavilion, this event offers a course designed for participants of various ages and abilities. The gathering focuses on music and community, supporting the mission of The Next Stop to assist adults with special needs.
Participants can choose from two main registration options:
- Disco Dash 5K (timed): A timed competitive event.
- Disco Dash Fun Run/Walk (not-timed): A non-competitive participation option.
In addition to the standard 5 km route, a shorter alternative known as the Boogie Loop is available for those who prefer a reduced distance. The race is an official 2026 Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race qualifier, with certification number GA23007DJ.
Every participant receives a race t-shirt and a finisher medal, provided they register by the specified deadline for guaranteed swag. Competitive runners in the timed 5 km are eligible for age-group award medals in standard 5-year categories. The event also features post-race amenities, including a ticket for a hot beverage from the Brightside Cafe To Go Trailer.
