The Dimple Dell Half Marathon takes place on October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah. The race starts and finishes at Lone Peak Park (10140 S 700 E, Sandy UT 84070). Course and logistics
The course is primarily trail: 95% trail and 5% paved, using wood-chipped and single-track trails. The route includes bridges, a tunnel, the Wrangler Aid Station, a Rim Trail vista, and a turn-around at Granite Park Aid Station. Segment details: Start to Aid 1 : 2.5 miles (+261/-107 ft, has bathrooms); Aid 1 to Aid 2 : 4 miles (+591/-207 ft, has bathrooms); Aid 2 to Aid 3 : 4 miles (+207/-591 ft, has bathrooms); Aid 3 to Finish : 2.5 miles (+107/-261 ft).
Aid stations provide Tailwind, water, Honey Stinger gels and waffles, fruit, and snacks. Courses are marked with pink flags, ribbons, signs, and trail marshals. Parking at the park includes about 50 spaces in the start corner and three other lots of about 150 spaces each. Runners receive a race shirt and a locally made finisher medal. Post-race breakfast, awards by overall and age group, and free photos without watermarks are provided. There is no course cutoff time.
