Overview
The Desert Runner Trail Series is a sequence of trail running events presented by Aravaipa Running and Maricopa County Regional Parks. The series takes place across Maricopa County regional parks in the Valley of the Sun from October 2025 through March 2026. Runners earn points at each event and those points factor into the DRT Series Finale at White Tank Mountain Regional Park in March 2026.

The series includes multiple race dates and locations between November 2025 and March 2026, held at parks such as Usery Mountain, McDowell Mountain, Cave Creek, San Tan Mountain, Estrella Mountain, and White Tank Mountain. Distances vary by event and include a wide range from short trail races up to multi-day ultramarathons.
