Demi-Marathon Opti-jeunesse de Farnham
The Demi-Marathon Opti-jeunesse de Farnham is a running and walking event held at the Centre de la Nature de Farnham, 1400, rue Yamaska Est, Farnham QC. Routes run through rural and pastoral surroundings near the town.

- 5 km
- 10 km
- 21.1 km
Many distances are offered as run or walk options and several distances include a cani-course option to run with a dog. Water stations for dogs are provided along the course.
Each participant receives a participation medal and podium medals are awarded to the top three finishers in the 5 km, 10 km, and 21.1 km events. Medals are also provided for participating dogs. Volunteers are present to support participant safety and well-being. There is no minimum age to participate, but younger runners must be accompanied by an adult.
