General Information

The Desjardins Blueberry Half Marathon is a sporting event covering a distance of 21.1 km. The 2026 edition is scheduled for May 17th. The start is at the Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc community centre, with a time limit of 3 hours to complete the course.

Registration and Fees

Registration is done in blocks with progressive fees: a first block of 200 spots at $70, followed by two blocks of 150 spots at $80 and $90. Any registration received before January 31, 2026 includes the official race shirt. Registration also includes a finisher's medal, a lunch at the finish line, and medical support. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Logistics

The event offers a free shuttle service on race morning, departing from the Complexe Sportif Desjardins in Dolbeau-Mistassini to the start site in Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc. Shuttles run between 7:15 AM and 8:00 AM. Race kit pickup takes place at the Complexe Sportif Desjardins the day before or on race morning, with official ID required. The event is sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec and the timing is supervised by Sportstats.

Rules and Conditions

Participants must be 15 years of age or older on race day. Littering on the course is prohibited. The bib must be clearly visible on the front at all times.
