Mile Zero Delta Grind
Mile Zero takes place in Helena, Arkansas on April 11, 2026. The event includes multiple run distances and a family friendly component called Delta Grind. The festival area is located at Kelly Courtyard, 415 Cherry Street, Helena.

The course begins in town, passes the Delta Cultural Center and the levee walk overlooking the port of Helena, then moves from brick paths to gravel as it leaves town and enters forested roads. The west side of the route runs alongside Crowley’s Ridge, a prominent local geologic feature, while the east side borders dense riverside woods and occasional cypress swamp. The surface along parts of the route is described as softer and sandier than typical gravel roads.
The event is cupless; participants are asked to bring a personal bottle or hydration pack. Water jugs are provided on course. Live music is scheduled throughout the day and local food vendors serve meals after the runs. The event is organized primarily by the nonprofit StudioDrift with the aim of highlighting local culture and natural areas. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
