Courses and logistics
Course routes are provided online. Runners in the 15 km field must use a shuttle to reach the start. Bib pickup takes place on race day at the Centre communautaire Sainte-Catherine-de-Hatley; on-site registration is possible and accepted in cash only. Parking is available near the Town Hall (about 300 m) and École Dominique Savio (about 100 m). Organizers ask that participants not use the convenience store parking.
Race services and post-race
There is a bag check area; the organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Aid stations appear approximately every 2 to 3 km and provide water plus a sports drink (Pro Circuit). Medical support and a shuttle for withdrawals are available. Every participant receives a medal, a gift, and a post-race meal. Podiums and medal presentations are planned for the first three men and women in each distance. Live results are posted on sportchrono.com. Surplus food will be donated to the Banque Alimentaire Memphrémagog, and clothing donations are accepted for community redistribution.
