About the race
The Défi des 4 Versants is a community running event held in a rural, hilly setting in Saint-Elzear. Routes use municipal wooded and forest trails and offer a variety of distances and participation formats on 25 September 2027.
The program includes several individual distances, a team race and a non timed walk. Age categories are specified for some distances; certain events are open to all ages while others require participants to be 16 years or older or between 10 and 15 years for the youth category.
Registration can be completed online until 23 September 2027 at 23h59. On site registration is possible up to 45 minutes before each departure. Changes of distance or transfers to another person are allowed until 23 September 2027; a change in fee may apply and transaction fees are not refundable. Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes when applicable.
Distances and formats include:
- 1 km for all ages
- 2 km for all ages
- 5.5 km for 16 years and older
- 5.5 km Ado for ages 10 to 15
- 12.5 km for 16 years and older
- 17.5 km for 16 years and older
- 28 km for 16 years and older
- 5.5 km team team race format
- 5.5 km walk non timed, for all ages
