Course Details

The main 50 Miler begins at Wilderness Park in Kaysville and finishes at Tunnel Springs Park in North Salt Lake. The route uses a mix of trails (71%), service roads (24%), and paved road (2.5 miles). It includes sections of the Great Western Trail and trails in Mueller Park. The course has an elevation range from 4,657 feet to 9,361 feet, with approximately 10,490 feet of ascent and 10,194 feet of descent.

The 55K race starts in Centerville with a climb to Bountiful Peak and uses the Zig Zag trail. It shares the final section with the 50 Miler, finishing at Tunnel Springs Park. It has roughly 7,800 feet of vertical gain.

The 25K starts in Bountiful near the entrance to Mueller Park Canyon and runs the same final 15 miles as the longer races, featuring groomed trails. It has about 2,238 feet of vertical gain.

Event Logistics

For the 50 Miler and 55K, pacers are permitted at specific aid stations and must wear a pacer bib. Drop bags are allowed for the 50 Miler and 55K at designated locations. The 25K does not allow drop bags.

A cancellation policy states entry fees are non-refundable. Runners may request a 50% credit toward the following year's race if they cancel at least 30 days prior. Runners may also switch to a shorter distance before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
