Dawg Daze 5k

Dawg Daze 5k is a fundraiser for the Running on Empty St. Jude Heroes Team of Milan, TN. All proceeds benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The event takes place at Milan City Park on the paved trail, with start and registration located at the Park Office. Registration opens June 16, 2026 and closes August 15, 2026. Entry must be received by August 1, 2026 to be guaranteed a shirt. Standard registration is $30. Day of registration is available on site for $40.

Awards include male and female overall winners, Masters winners age 40 and over, and Grandmasters winners age 50 and over. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. All walkers receive a participant medal.
