Dash with a Splash is the second annual fundraiser for Everyone Cooperating to Help Others (ECHO), held on 06/27/2026 at Palmer Park Pool, 2400 Palmer Drive, Janesville, WI 53545. The event includes running distances and an option for a swim pass for people who do not participate in the races.

- 1 Mile
Race packets are available for pick up at the start and finish area at Palmer Park Pool. Routes are provided for both the 5K and the 1 mile courses. Participation includes access to the Palmer Park Pool on the day of the event. An additional swim pass is available for nonrunning participants; the pass costs $5 per person and is valid only until 11am on the day of the event.
All finishers receive a custom event finisher medal and a custom event water bottle. Professional event timing for the 5K is provided by Velocity Multi-Sport Timing.
Dash with a Splash raises funds to benefit ECHO housing and homeless programs. ECHO is a nonprofit, faith-community sponsored charity dedicated to meeting housing, food and other basic human needs and addressing barriers to self-sufficiency. Over time ECHO has evolved from a food pantry and clothing depot into a grass roots organization that assists with temporary housing, food, transportation and other emergency needs for low-income families in Rock County, Wisconsin.
