Dash 4 Domestic Violence Awareness 5K, Lawrenceville GA
The Dash 4 Domestic Violence Awareness 5K is a community 5K held on October 3, 2026 at Alexander Park, 955 Scenic Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. The event raises awareness and funds to support survivors and victims of domestic abuse and related services.
Proceeds will support Mosaic Georgia, Partnership Against Domestic Violence and Ahimsa House. Mosaic Georgia provides free, confidential support and services to victims and survivors of rape, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse. Partnership Against Domestic Violence focuses on public education about domestic violence, promotion of healthy dating relationships among young people, and provision of safety and shelter for abused adults and children. Ahimsa House works to help victims get their pets to safety through a network of foster homes and boarding facilities.
The course is described as fairly flat and uses paths and roads through Alexander Park. The route runs beside the lake and over the dam and returns to the same pavilion area used for check in. There is a restroom along the course. The course is USATF certified and listed as a 2024 Official Peachtree Road Race qualifying event.
Race registration fees are tiered with a group discount for teams of five or more. All participants who register by September 21 are guaranteed a race t shirt.
