About the race
The "Dammlauf Individuell" is a running competition that allows runners and Nordic walkers to complete the course at any time and individually. There are three routes to choose from: Original, Short, and Children & Youth. Participants can register via QR codes and complete the course as many times as they wish.
The initiative aims to motivate more people to engage in physical activity and promote health and energy in daily life. Participation is at one's own responsibility, with no closed or secured routes.
