Event Overview
The Dallas Cowboys Draft Day 5K takes place in Frisco, Texas. The event starts at the Ford Center at The Star and finishes on the field at Tostitos Championship Plaza. It coincides with the NFL Draft weekend.
Event Distances
The event features four different race options:
- 5K Run
- Kids Run (1/2 Mile)
- Toddler Dash (50 yards)
- Virtual 5K
The Kids Run is open to participants ages 14 and under. The Toddler Dash is for ages 4 and under. The Virtual 5K allows participants to run anytime between April 25 and April 27.
Participant Information
Participants can expect post-race Draft Day activities at The Star. Event characters like the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and Rowdy The Cowboy are noted to be present. Registered participants receive an official Cowboys Draft Day 5K T-shirt and a commemorative finisher medal. Virtual runners also receive a tech tee, a racer bib, and leaderboard access.
