Daffodil Dash - Ithaca
Daffodil Dash took place on April 25, 2026 in Ithaca, New York. The event was organized by the Ithaca Garden Club and the Ithaca Children's Garden and offered two distances.

The course runs along the Cayuga Inlet and through plantings in Cass Park, with the 1 mile finish at Gaia, the Ithaca Children’s Garden turtle. Organizers note more than 180,000 daffodils were planted as part of this project. The flowers were purchased with funding from donors and dash participants and planted with help from volunteers, the Ithaca Parks Department, the Ithaca Garden Club, the Ithaca Beautification Brigade, and Cornell University planting equipment.
Registration opened on January 12, 2026 and was limited to the first 500 online applicants or April 10, whichever came first; the event reached its 500 participant cap and online registration closed. Children 12 and under received free registration and each youth participant was required to have a responsible adult remain on site throughout the race. Volunteers and donations were listed as welcome. T-shirt options were available for purchase and some pricing for youth shirts was indicated.
