Cypress Half Marathon & 5K presented by Houston Methodist
The event takes place on November 8, 2026 at Cypress Woods High School, 13550 Woods-Spillane Blvd, Cypress, TX 77429. It is the second race in the Run Houston! Fall Haul Running Challenge and is presented by Houston Methodist.
