The Cypress Half Marathon & 5K takes place on November 8, 2026 in Cypress, Texas. The event is the 12th annual edition and is presented by Houston Methodist. It is part of the Run Houston Fall Haul running challenge.

The race is chip timed and offers live participant tracking through the RaceJoy app. Course maps are provided and the half marathon holds USATF certification TX15106ETM. Pacers are available across a range of finish times.
All finishers receive a finisher medal. Winner medals are awarded to top three male and female finishers in each age group and overall. Age-group categories are used for awards. Finish-line provisions include Voodoo Doughnuts and commemorative race gear; participants may choose a classic t-shirt or upgrade to a premium quarter-zip pullover. Packet mailing to participant addresses is available for a fee of $19; packet pick-up details are posted before the event and on-site pick-up may involve a short wait.
Parking is free in multiple Cypress Woods High School lots; additional paid parking is available at Cypress Park & Ride about 0.60 mile away. Water stations include water and sports drink on the half marathon course. Headphones are allowed but not recommended. Strollers are permitted for walkers and joggers only and a waiver is required for children in strollers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
