Cypress Half Marathon & 5K presented by Houston Methodist
The Cypress Half Marathon & 5K presented by Houston Methodist takes place at Cypress Woods High School in Cypress, Texas on November 8, 2026. It is the second race in the Run Houston! Fall Haul Running Challenge.
The event program includes in-person and virtual options and a short youth race. Distances offered include:

Standard in-person registration opens February 17, 2026 and, for most in-person options, closes November 5, 2026. Extended online registration for select race entries opens November 5, 2026 and remains available up to the event for those options. Virtual race registration opens as early as November 30, 2025 and closes November 9, 2026 for the listed virtual events.
