Cupid's Chase 5K - Salt Lake City
Cupid's Chase 5K in Salt Lake City is scheduled for February 13, 2027 at Sugar House Park (1330 2100 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84106). The event is part of a national race series that celebrates the founding of Community Options and raises funds to support housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The series reported more than 17,000 participants nationwide in the prior year, and this edition is the 19th annual local race.
The local event features a certified 5K (3.1 miles) with professional timing; results will be posted immediately after the race. The event is fully accessible and pet-friendly; pets must remain leashed at all times. The event is held rain or shine and all registration fees are non-refundable.
Participant items and awards include a Cupid's Chase finisher medal and drawstring bag while supplies last, and a shirt guaranteed for registrations completed by January 1, 2027; afterwards shirts are available while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in each of 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over.
