Crystal Palace Run for Dad
The Phoenix Running Crystal Palace event takes place in the grounds of Crystal Palace Park in London. This event coincides with Father's Day and offers participants a choice between two distances held on a multi-lap course. The routes consist of tarmac and gravel pathways, classified as off-road trail running.
The available distances for this event are:

- 10 km: A four-lap course covering approximately 6.60 miles with 604 feet of elevation gain.
The terrain features a landscape of gentle undulations combined with steep sections that rise sharply. Participants are advised to wear road or trail shoes depending on current weather conditions. The event is licensed by the Trail Running Association and follows UK Athletics rules. All finishers receive a Feisty Phoenix medal as a memento of their run.
Registration is restricted to participants aged 18 years and older. The park is accessible via public transport, located within walking distance of Crystal Palace Station and Penge West Station.
